We find the re-keying, copy-paste and spreadsheet chores eating your week, then automate them around the tools you already use. Fixed prices, quoted before we start.

What we take off your desk

If someone on your team copies the same information from one screen to another every week, it can probably be automated. A few we see constantly:

The choreTodayAfter
Invoices and billsPDFs arrive by email, someone types them into QuickBooks or Xero.Read, coded and drafted automatically. A person approves the odd one out.
Month-end reportingThree exports, a VLOOKUP marathon, a report that's late every month. The report builds itself on the 1st and lands in your inbox.
Payment matchingStripe, Square or PayPal payouts matched to bank deposits line by line.Matched nightly. Only the mismatches reach a human.
CollectionsSomeone remembers to chase overdue invoices. Sometimes.Polite reminders go out on schedule and stop the moment they pay.
Customer intakeWeb form, then email, then spreadsheet, then CRM, typed four times.Entered once. Everything downstream fills itself in.
Payroll prepTimesheets gathered and tidied by hand before every run.Collected, checked for gaps and ready for your payroll provider.

We work inside what you already pay for: QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, Google Sheets, Stripe, Square, Shopify, HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, Dext and most tools with an export button. No new platform for your team to learn.

How it works

Three steps, each priced before it starts. Prices in your currency, CAD or USD, plus applicable tax.

  1. Review

Two weeks. We sit with the people doing the work, map where the hours go, and hand you a short list of the chores worth automating, with the hours each one returns. Fixed fee, credited toward the build if you go ahead.

    from $1,500

  2. Build

We automate the chores you pick, in your existing tools, with your team checking the results before anything goes live. Fixed price per automation. You own everything we build.

    from $3,500 per automation

  3. Keep it running

Software changes, vendors update their exports, staff come and go. A flat monthly fee covers monitoring, fixes and small changes, so the hours stay saved. Cancel any month.

    from $350 a month

For accountants and bookkeepers

You see every client's manual mess before anyone else does. Send them to us and we pay your firm 10% of what that client pays us, every month they stay a client.

  • Not a one-time thank-you. As long as the client is current, you're paid.
  • Paid quarterly, with a statement showing each referred client.
  • We put the referral fee in writing, so you can disclose it to your client as your professional rules require.
  • We never touch your engagement. Cleaner books make your job easier, not smaller.

Fair questions

Will this replace my bookkeeper or staff?
No. It removes the typing, not the judgment. Most clients use the hours to catch up on work that was being put off.
Is my financial data safe?
We work through the official connections your software provides, use the least access each job needs, and never store more than the automation requires. You can revoke our access at any time.
Do you work in Canada and the US?
Both, fully remote. We're used to GST/HST and sales tax, CAD and USD, and the differences between Canadian and American payroll providers.
How big do we need to be?
Usually 5 to 100 people. If one person spends a day a week on repetitive admin, the numbers tend to work.
What if it breaks?
On a monthly plan we're watching it and fix it, usually before you notice. Without one, we fix anything we built for 60 days at no charge.
